The concept is similar to McDonal' s based touch-screen, to place orders, permitting customers to continue shopping while the order is being prepared.
Once the order is ready the customer receives an SMS, so the customer avoids unnecessary waiting times improving its shopping experience at the supermarket.
Key Market Fresh includes a Customer Panel with a tactile navigation where customers choose products and place orders, and an Administration Panel where the info is loaded and edited and where the personnel receive the orders to be prepared.
